Project overview
 
The OpenNet project is a Specific Support Action (SSA) sponsored by the EC IST FP6 Programme. The project addresses one of the main barriers to the wider usage of the Internet for all services: - the lack of predictable support for aspects such as quality of service (availability, throughput, delay, delay variation, loss), security and privacy, when packets have to cross domains operated by different providers.
